Frequently Asked Questions

Good to know.

Are the balms for sale?

No. Both balms are complimentary samples for our clinic visitors and community event guests. Just ask at your visit.

How do I use Restore Balm safely?

Please read the Use and Safety Guide (PDF) before first use. In short: patch test first, use sparingly on unbroken skin, avoid heat and other pain products on the same area, and keep it away from eyes.

Can I get a balm at a community event?

Yes — we bring samples to selected community events, such as senior wellness fairs. Follow our announcements or ask us at your visit.

I have sensitive skin. Can I still try one?

Please patch test a tiny amount first and wait 24 hours. If you have known allergies or a skin condition, check with us or your healthcare provider before use.
